Grady Roland Nichols

Grady Roland was born on December 16th, 1895 in South Carolina.¹   Grady Roland's father was Marcus V. Nichols and his mother is Martha Minta Green.  His maternal grandparents are Stewart Green and Matilda Shehan. He had three brothers and five sisters, named J. C., Thomas Virgil, Boyce, Eunice R., Stella E., Bessie L., Carrie Zella and Ethel.  He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 83 on June 21st, 1979 in Shackelford Co., Texas.  He was buried in Albany Cem., Albany, Shackelford Co., Texas.^1 1 

They had four sons and a daughter, named Milburn R., Living, Living, Living and Living.
