Chester Luther Milner 
Chester Luther was born on October 8th, 1906.1 Chester Luther's father was James Thomas Milner and his mother was Annie Lee Counts. His maternal grandparents were Larkin Chilton Counts and Alcey Jane Ray. He had eleven brothers named Mollie Lee, Evie Pearl, Claude Grover, William Larkin, Myrtle, Mitchell Forrest, Elsie Jane, Charlie Winston, Rueben Heflin, Otis Belton and Infant Daughter. He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 67 on June 27th, 1974.1 General Notes
