Julian Means 
Julian was born on March 27th, 1923 in Cinncinatti, Ohio.1 Julian's father was Benjamine Snoddy Means and his mother was Elizabeth Emily Foster. His paternal grandparents were Caleb Sewell Means and Docia Emeline Norris. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Living, Randy Lee, Charles Jack, Living and Living. He had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Living, Kenneth, Glen C., William Earl, Living, Living and Ethel Mae.
