Obediah, Jr. Meador

Obediah, Jr. was born in 1805.¹   Obediah, Jr.'s father was Obediah Meador and his mother was Prudence Wells. He had three brothers and five sisters, named James, George, John, Elizabeth, Lucy A., Melinda, Polly and Sarah.  He died at the age of 84 on July 22nd, 1889 in Bedford Co., Virginia.  He was buried in Diamond Hill, Bedford Co., Virginia.^1 1 

‌Obediah, Jr. and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on November 25th, 1831 in Bedford Co., Virginia.¹   They had four sons and five daughters, named Henry, James A., Zachariah Taylor, George W., Matida O., Mildred H., Annie B., Florentine and Sallie.

‌Obediah, Jr. and Sarah Frances were married in a religious ceremony on February 18th, 1869.¹   They had a son and a daughter, and also a child of unknown gender, named General Andrew Jackson, Angie Leigh and Unnamed.
