Martha was born on September 8th, 1824 in Maury, TN, USA.1 Martha's father was Robert Blaine,Major McNutt and her mother was Mary Polly Jackson. Her paternal grandparents were William McNutt and Elizabeth Grigsby; her maternal grandparents are Brice Jackson and Elizabeth Unknown. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Robert Brice, John William, Unknown, John Hamilton Money, Elizabeth, Nancy, Mary Elizabeth, Jane Catherine and Tabitha Tennessee. She was the third oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 29 on August 8th, 1854 in Hutto, Williamson, TX. She was buried in Andice, Williamson Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
