James Albert McFarland 
James Albert was born on April 8th, 1855.1 James Albert's father was George Jackson McFarland and his mother was Mary Ann Keahey. His paternal grandparents were John McFarland and Mary Keahey; his maternal grandparents were William,General Keahey and Jane Clark. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John Knox, William Keahey, George Sidney, Daniel Jackson, Marion Keahey, Martha Elizabeth and Mary Jane. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 71 on January 2nd, 1927 in Jones Co., Mississippi. He was buried in McGill Cemetery, Jones Co., Mississippi.1 1 General Notes
