Callie Ophelia was born on July 9th, 1905 in Caldwell Co., Texas.1 Callie Ophelia's father was Albert Lewis McDonald and her mother was Martha Belle Tumlinson. Her maternal grandparents were James Stephen Tumlinson and Elizabeth Wright. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Cecil Roades, John Floyd, Earnest Douglas, Olin Mae, Jessie Lee, Violia Australia, Mildred Irene and Annice Lois. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 81 on February 28th, 1987 in Harwood, Gonzales Co., Texas.1 General Notes
