Ruby Faye was born on June 16th, 1921 in Crosscut, Texas.1 Ruby Faye's father was Robert Shelton Liverett and her mother was May Louise Curry. Her maternal grandparents were Willie Overton Curry and Martha Ann Manning. She had a brother and three sisters, named Robert Curry, Artie Anna, Opal Lee and Reba May. She was the youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 77 on August 26th, 1998 in Brownwood, Brown Co., Texas.1 General Notes
