Sanford LeGrand

Sanford was born on August 13th, 1864.¹   Sanford's father was John B. LeGrand and his mother was Elizabeth Baskett-Baskin.  His paternal grandparents are John Harris LeGrand and Nancy Cox; his maternal grandparents are John Baskin and Beth McNalih. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Sylvester, Franklin P., Richard Bassett, J. William, David V., Lucyan, Missouri Ellen, Mary Alice and Lucy Alice.  He was the second youngest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 2 on January 19th, 1867.¹
