Franklin P. LeGrand

Franklin P. was born on November 13th, 1852 in Meade Co., Kentucky.¹   Franklin P.'s father was John B. LeGrand and his mother was Elizabeth Baskett-Baskin.  His paternal grandparents are John Harris LeGrand and Nancy Cox; his maternal grandparents are John Baskin and Beth McNalih. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Sylvester, Richard Bassett, J. William, Sanford, David V., Lucyan, Missouri Ellen, Mary Alice and Lucy Alice.  He was the fourth oldest of the ten children.  He died in November 1852 in Meade Co., Kentucky.¹
