Mary Penelope Lay

Mary Penelope was born on October 24th, 1847.¹   She died at the age of 69 on December 4th, 1916.¹ 

‌Mary Penelope and James Madison were married in a religious ceremony on December 26th, 1865 in Linn Co., Missouri.¹   They had three sons and three daughters, named Thomas, William Edgard, Charles, Martha Louise, Susie and Cordelia.
