Koby Kornegay

Koby was born in July 1883 in Texas.¹ Koby's father was Thomas Daniel Kornegay and his mother was Arie W. (Amy) Basham. His maternal grandparents were Coffey Jones Basham and Julia Ann Waggoner. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Coffee Daniel, Herbert, Thomas G., Maude, Audley and Lucinda. He is the oldest of the seven children.
