Melvin Jeff Keith 
Melvin Jeff was born on July 14th, 1913 in Arkansas.1 Melvin Jeff's father is William Thomas Keith and his mother was Silvey Jane Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Andrew Jackson Roberts and Martha Jane Boyles. He had a brother and three sisters, named William Jesse, Villie Irene, Ozark (Oeark) and Pearl. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 7 in 1920.1 -
