Minnie James 
Minnie was born in 1884 in Frisco, Callion Co., Texas.1 Minnie's father was Smith S. James and her mother was Dillie Ann Hall. Her maternal grandparents were William Hall and Louisa (Eliza) Dickerson. She had a brother and three sisters, named Willie (Bill), Louisa A., Lillie O. and Mattie (Annie). She was the oldest of the five children. She had a half-brother named Charles Edward. She died at the age of 79 on July 6th, 1963 in Cleburne, Johnson Co., Texas.1 General Notes
