Thomas Mathew Hill

Thomas Mathew was born on February 9th, 1862 in Illinois.¹ Thomas Mathew's father was Samuel Porter Hill and his mother was Pernecy Wheeler. His maternal grandparents were Robert L.Wheeler and Mariah Elizabeth Campbell. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Austin Leon, Walter Scott, William Lawner, Arabella, Olive Octavia, Mattie Mariah, Lulu May, Gracie Pearl and Lillie Lucille. He is the second oldest of the ten children. He has two half-brothers named Robert Marion and John Marshall.
