William C. Harrington 
William C. was born on September 5th, 1855.1 William C.'s father was William Harman Harrington and his mother was Mary Catherine O'Quin. His paternal grandparents were Philemon Harrington and Francis Fanny Harman. He had three brothers and a sister, named Bellfield C., Robert Harman, Nathaniel T. and Mary Frances. He is the second oldest of the five children. He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Philemon, Demsey A., Elias, Ewell M., Merriman Harman, Julia, Mary Caroline and Susan Ann.General Notes
