Thomas Harrington 
Thomas was born on April 5th, 1779 in Pittsboro, Chatham Co., North Carolina.1 Thomas' father was Sion Harrington and his mother is Elizabeth Watts. His paternal grandparents were Charles Harrington and Agnes Hill. He had two brothers and a sister, named Abner, Sion, Jr. and Nancy. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Charles Gillespie, John, James Silas, Ann Elizabeth and Mary Elvira. He died at the age of 73 on July 17th, 1852 in Moore Co., North Carolina.1 General Notes
