Norbert W. was born on August 14th, 1927 in Kenedy, Karnes Co., Texas.1 Norbert W.'s father was Walter Jorden Harless and his mother was Olivia Lee Fairchild. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Alvin Fairchild and Aetna Alwilda Taylor. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Harvey Martin, James Lee, Mary Dell and Aileen. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 74 on February 8th, 2002 in Corpus Christi, Nueces Co., Texas.
