Leonard Hairsine 
Leonard was born on December 21st, 1846.1 Leonard's father was Thomas Hairsine and his mother was Margerie Robson. His paternal grandparents were Charles Hairsine and Mary Shipley. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Charles, James T., Joseph Robson, Thomas Malcolm, Alfred, Gowan, Mary, Jane and Rebecca. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children.
