Sarah Gravatt 
Sarah was born in 1842 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 Sarah's father was William Gravatt and her mother was Louisa Skaggs. Her paternal grandparents are Levy C. Gravatt and Sarah Salsman; her maternal grandfather was William Skaggs and her maternal grandmother is Mary Polly Pierce. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Levi, William M., Edward, Mary and Nancy. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 19 on March 10th, 1861.1 General Notes
