Silas Marion Graham 
Silas Marion was born on June 3rd, 1837 in Montene, Arkansas.1 Silas Marion's father was Nelson Reed Graham and his mother was Susan Louisa Landers. His paternal grandfather was Peter Graham and his paternal grandmother is Nancy Rachel Tate. He had three brothers and nine sisters, named William C., Peter G., Elias S., Nancy, Lucinda, Cassia, Sarah, Tempia E., Elizabeth, Talitha Cumi, Deborha T. and Mary Frances. He was the fourth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 83 on September 2nd, 1920 in Benton Co., Arkansas. He was buried in Phillips Cemetery, Benton Co., Arkansas.1 1 General Notes
