Mary Harriet was born on December 1st, 1878 in Horry Co., South Carolina.1 Mary Harriet's father was Thomas William Graham and her mother was Frances Jones Sessions. Her paternal grandparents were William Isaiah Graham and Margaret Dorcas Beaty. She had seven brothers and two sisters, named William Q., Thomas William, Jr., Wade Hampton, Josiah Sessions, Robert Edward, Plowden Dow, John Hugh, Frances Sessions and Margaret Dorcas. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 60 on August 21st, 1939.1 General Notes
