Gertrude Cornelius Graham

Gertrude Cornelius was born on October 29th, 1898 in Horry Co., South Carolina.¹ Gertrude Cornelius' father was David Walker Graham and her mother was Frances Holt. Her paternal grandparents were Alphia Alford Graham and Helen Alice Johnson. She had eight sisters named Saphronia Jane, Claire Rebecca, Helon Docia, Rhoda Frances, Zilphie Virginia, Feenie Elebelle, Sadie and Zelma Blanche. She is the fourth youngest of the nine children.
