Cecil Franklin was born on May 5th, 1898 in Bisbee, Cochisee Co., Arizona.1 Cecil Franklin's father was Benjamin Franklin Graham and his mother was Sarah Ann Owens. His paternal grandparents were Ozias Denton,Dr. Graham and Martha Matilda Thornton. He had two brothers and three sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Louis A., Cleanlen, Tinny F., Nettie May, Bertha Mae and Unknown. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 64 on June 11th, 1962 in Tujunga, Los Angeles Co., California.1 General Notes
