Cora Ada was born on March 8th, 1881 in Athens, Texas.1 Cora Ada's father was Turner Dwayne Garner and her mother was Francis Victoria Miller. Her paternal grandparents were Owen Garner and Milly A. Unknown. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Walter, Wilburn Owen, Jackie Mae and Willie John. She was the second oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 55 on April 2nd, 1936 in Navarro Co., Texas.1 -
