Paul Vernon Gallion 
Paul Vernon was born on October 10th, 1909 in McLeansboro, Hamilton Co., Illinois.1 Paul Vernon's father was Claude Oscar Gallion and his mother was Lillie Lucille Hill. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Porter Hill and Pernecy Wheeler. He had a brother and two sisters, named Royal Raymond, Murl May and Mildred Louisa. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 80 in January 1990 in Amarillo, Potter Co., Texas.1 General Notes
