Phoebe Jane Fugate 
Phoebe Jane was born on May 15th, 1887 in Kentucky.1 Phoebe Jane's father was Henry Fugate and her mother was Isabell Fugate. Her paternal grandparents were Henley Fugate and Tabitha Ritchie. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Nevada, Amos, Rosania, Ellen and Lettie. She was the third oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 87 on January 18th, 1975.1 General Notes
