John Taft Finster 
John Taft was born on May 4th, 1911 in Alamo Beach, Calhoun Co., Texas.1 John Taft's father was John Francis Finster and his mother was Perlie Myrtle Graham. His maternal grandparents were Malcom Robert Lee Graham and Mary Alcone Owens. He had five brothers named Harvey Leroy, Wilburn Woodrow, Alfred Lawrence, Kenneth Carol and Lyndon Keith. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 85 on January 26th, 1997.1 General Notes
