Lillie Mae Fairchild 
Lillie Mae was born on August 23rd, 1912 in Spring Creek, Gillespie Co., Texas.1 Lillie Mae's father was Joseph Alvin Fairchild and her mother was Aetna Alwilda Taylor. Her maternal grandparents were Amos Gayle,Rev. Taylor and Martha Matilida Graham. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Gilbert Wade, Nilman Ishmael, Manley Franklin, Willie Vonzyl, Robert Earl, Olivia Lee, Burnecia Izora, Edith Glencoe, Lydia Marion, Ida Irene and Dorothy Lee. She was the sixth oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 17 on December 8th, 1929 in Eden, Concho Co., Texas. She was buried in Harper Cemetery, Harper, Gillespie Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
