Eliza Jane was born on August 20th, 1842 in BRCKINRIDGE CO., KY.1 Eliza Jane's father was Littleberry Dowell and her mother was Sarah Payne. Her paternal grandparents were Micajah Dowell and Frances (Fanny) Meador. She had six brothers and three sisters, named George, Riley, James Corbett, John Wesley, Alexander H., Ezra, Mary "Polly", Nancy and Manervia. She died at the age of 36 on September 16th, 1878 in BRCKINRIDGE CO., KY.1 General Notes
