Alvah Jack was born on May 23rd, 1879.1 Alvah Jack's father is John Jesse Dobbins and his mother was Elizabeth Josephine White. His maternal grandparents were Daniel J. White and America Victoria Columbia Bassham. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Auburn Troy, Jeffrey, Polk, Thomas Owen, Alex, Compton, Naudie, Faudie Mae, Lora and Cora. He died at the age of 82 on December 31st, 1961 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.1 General Notes
