Alta Lee DeSpain

Alta Lee was born in 1923 in Green Co., Kentucky.¹ Alta Lee's father was Ivy Lee DeSpain and her mother is Ida Pearl Clark. Her paternal grandparents were Marshall DeSpain and Alice G. Warren. She had two brothers and two sisters, named James Marshall, Carl Eugene, Mable Maxine and Beaulah Bernice. She is the oldest of the five children.
