Eucie Elihue was born on May 5th, 1889 in Evergreen, Texas.1 Eucie Elihue's father was Willie Overton Curry and his mother was Martha Ann Manning. His maternal grandparents were James Duncan Manning and Martha Jane Graham. He had four brothers and six sisters, named James Malcomb, Sinclair O., O. C., Ferman Fennimore, Minnie Myrtle, Ella Modena, May Louise, Mary Rossie, Jane Lossie and Ica Ann. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 87 on February 14th, 1977 in Gatesville, Coryell Co., Texas.1 General Notes
