Charles Council

Charles was born in 1734 in ISLE OF WRIGHT, VA.¹   He died at the age of 71 on July 6th, 1805 in EDGECOMBE COUNTY, NC.¹ 

‌Charles and Eurydicie were married in a religious ceremony.¹   They had a daughter named Charlotte.
