Nancy Combs

Nancy was born in March 1889 in Perry Co., Kentucky.¹ Nancy's father was Jeremiah Combs and her mother is Rosanna Engle. Her paternal grandparents are Jackson C. Combs and Mary Young; her maternal grandfather is Henry Engle and her maternal grandmother was Leanna Grigsby. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Cleveland, Fielden, Perry Lee, Spencer, F., Rachel and Benjamin. She is the third oldest of the eight children.
