William R. Cleveland 
William R. was born about 1854 in Georgia.1 William R.'s father was Jacob J. Cleveland and his mother was Mary E. House. His paternal grandparents were Rice Cleveland and Barbara Stalnaker. He had three brothers and two sisters, named James C., Jacob Franklin, Early, Barbara Catherine and Mary Fannie. He was the oldest of the six children. He died on February 2nd, 1883.1 General Notes
