Richard F. Cleveland 
Richard F. was born about 1823.1 Richard F.'s father was Rice Cleveland and his mother was Barbara Stalnaker. His paternal grandparents were Jacob, Jr. Cleveland and Martha (Rhody) Lyon. He had five brothers and five sisters, named James H., Samuel A., William M., Jacob J., Marion, Jane G., Sarah E., Elizabeth (Milly), Julia Ann and Frances R.. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died before 1857.1 General Notes
