William Henry Basham 
William Henry was born on July 27th, 1874 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 William Henry's father was Joseph Allen Basham and his mother was Sarah Frances Dowell. His paternal grandparents were George Dowell Basham and Susan M. Campbell. He had five brothers and nine sisters, named Nathaniel S., Mikel (Mike), Thomas Joseph, John, Andrew Jefferson (Andy), Mary Elizabeth, Bennie Ellen (Beanie), Sallie Ann, Paulina "Linnie", Susan Morris, Margaret, Allie Jane, Nora Margaret (Maggie) and Evelyn (Eva). He was the sixth youngest of the fifteen children. He died about 1950 in Woodson, Morgan Co., Illinois.1 General Notes
