William A. Basham

William A. was born about 1864 in McNairy Co., Tennessee.¹   William A.'s father was William J. Basham and his mother was Jane Unknown.  His paternal grandparents were Husband Basham and Elizabeth Unknown. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Thomas Jefferson, John H., Mary, Sarah, Margaret A. and Caledonia.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.  He died after 1870.¹
