Wilbur E. (Twin) was born on April 4th, 1910 in Kentucky.1 Wilbur E. (Twin)'s father was Henry D. Basham and his mother was Susan (Cerena J) Unknown. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Webb Basham and Sarah (Sally) Kennedy. He had seven brothers and a sister, named Alva N., Felix 'Milton', Coleman B., Allen C., Asa R., Willard Benager (Twin), Arvie and Nora M.. He was the third youngest of the nine children.
