Vestal Lee (Willie) was born about May 1879 in Arkansas.1 Vestal Lee (Willie)'s father was Fountain Fletcher Basham and his mother is Louisa Angelina Howard. His paternal grandparents were Pleasant (Rev) Basham and Matilda Miller. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William Preston, A. Noah (Jack), Lloyd, Jessy, Lillie Elena, Cora Edna and Vita Effie (Margery). He died on January 28th, 1941.1 General Notes
