Roy Adam Basham 
Roy Adam was born on June 28th, 1903 in Woodbury, Cannon Co., Tennessee.1 Roy Adam's father was Adam D. Basham and his mother was Rachel Ann Scott. His paternal grandparents were James M. Basham and Mary Ann Stafford; his maternal grandparents are Hiram A. Scott and Nancy Ann Shelton. He had three brothers named Hiram Lawton, Vester Nuton and Grover Payton. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 30 on February 27th, 1934 in Manchester, Coffee Co., Tennessee.1 General Notes
