Pearl (Perley) was born on May 9th, 1899 in Kentucky.1 Pearl (Perley)'s father was William Allen Basham and her mother was Laura A. Anderson. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Logan Basham and Margaret Ann Eskridge. She had three brothers named Maude E., Marvin and Uria McKinley. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 88 on December 8th, 1987 in Cloverport, Breckenridge Co., Ky.1 General Notes
