Paul Richard was born on November 30th, 1925 in Indiana.1 Paul Richard's father was Blumer Hardin Basham and his mother was Theresa E (Tracy) Huff. His paternal grandparents were Clarence W. Basham and Sarah Lucretia Kellems. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Ernest Melvin, Casper Harold, James Evritt, Living, Alma Marie, Evelyn Rasandil and Living.
