Nancy Jane Basham 
Nancy Jane was born about 1860 in Edmonson Co., Kentucky.1 Nancy Jane's father was Benajah Anderson Basham and her mother was Nancy E. Turner. Her paternal grandparents were Bartlett Basham and Rachel Mayberry; her maternal grandfather is Reubin Turner. She had nine brothers and a sister, named Samuel Green, Reuben Bartlett (Bartley), James, James Harrod, Henry, Henry W., Mark A., Samuel 'Green', Obediah Mitchell (Obie) and Margaret E.. She was the second youngest of the eleven children. She had a half-brother named Reuben 'Alfred'. She died after 1870 in Kentucky.1 General Notes
