Minnie Basham 
Minnie was born on August 13th, 1881 in Hancock Co., Kentucky.1 Minnie's father was Abner Buel Basham and her mother was Emma D. Smiley. Her paternal grandparents were Cary Jackson 'Jack' Basham and Annis Warner; her maternal grandfather was Abner Smiley and her maternal grandmother is Parthenia Tucker. She had a brother and two sisters, named Seth 'Warner', Hallie Mae and Hattie. She was the oldest of the four children. She had seven half-sisters named Eva Gladys (Evie), Laurie Alice, Willie Mae, Mamie, Dissie Annis (Twin), Vissie Rebecca (Twin) and Lela Franzena. She died at the age of 91 on June 15th, 1973 in Karnak Illinois.1 General Notes
