Millard F. (Twin) was born on December 3rd, 1856 in Floyd Co., Virginia.1 Millard F. (Twin)'s father was Ellis L. Basham and his mother was Caroline D. Graham. His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Basham and Elender (Ellen) Ross. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Amos R. C. (Twin), Hamilton Hampton, Margaret, Mary Luther and Calla E..
