Mildred Elnora was born on March 29th, 1916 in Cottle Co., Texas.1 Mildred Elnora's father was Lois Vandel Basham and her mother was Beulah C. Cargile. Her paternal grandparents were Eli Williamson Basham and Frances Alice Freeman. She had two brothers and a sister, named L. V., Jr., Raymond Thomas and Beulah Inez. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 71 on November 25th, 1987 in Amity, Yamahill Co., Oregon.1 General Notes
