Mary D. (Polly) Basham 
Mary D. (Polly) was born about 1820 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 Mary D. (Polly)'s father was James Basham and her mother was Elizabeth DAVIS. Her paternal grandparents were Obediah Basham and Celia Dowell; her maternal grandparents are Samuel Wesley Davis and Janet Cooke. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Jason, Samuel Wesley (Rev), Job D., John McElwain, William, Celia D., Elizabeth, Margaret and Lucinda (Lucy). She died after 1842.1 General Notes
