Manoah (Noah) was born on December 21st, 1879 in Woodbury, Cannon Co., Tennessee.1   Manoah (Noah)'s father was James M. Basham and his mother was Mary Ann Stafford.  His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Basham and Elizabeth McComb. He had four brothers and two sisters, named James H. (Big Jimmy), Alvis Grant, Thomas Edward, Adam D., Sarah E (Betty) and Mary Maggie.  He was the second youngest of the seven children. He had a half-brother named Jonathan Isaiah.  He died at the age of 85 on July 5th, 1965 in McMinnville, Warren Co., Tennessee.1 


Manoah (Noah)'s first family with Dora (Jennie) Fuller

‌Manoah (Noah) and Dora (Jennie) were married in a religious ceremony on May 13th, 1902 in McMinnville, Warren Co., Tennessee.1   They had three daughters named Lillie D., Arbelle and Letha Mae.


Manoah (Noah)'s second family with Tennie Henderson

‌Manoah (Noah) and Tennie were married in a religious ceremony on August 5th, 1908 in McMinnville, Warren Co., Tennessee.1   They had a son named Clarence.
